The track leaves the village through Canal path, which goes to Cortijo del Higuerón and follows the ancient pavement that in its beginning flows next to a track of new construction as far to start the ascension by the thalweg.  From this point, the pavement ascends bit by bit in a zigzag form, as far as Cortijo del Charcón.

     We continue ascending and we meet Torcal del Charcón, which we surround on the right, as far as we arrive to the esplanade that is the axle of the tracks of this guide.

Length: This circuit has a total length of 9 Km. (round trip) that can be covered in three hours and 30 minutes (approximately).

Difficulty: For the length of the track and its unevenness, we can say it has a mean difficulty.

Climb: The unevenness of this track is 500 metres.

     From the hillock we can choose other options:

A.   To climb to Capilla hill.  It has a mean difficulty, since it is necessary to go round a big unevenness, in which we will spend 2 hours and 30 minutes to its ascension.

B.  To complete our route we recommend follow it descending to the village through the PR-A 85 track, that is, through the Rejonada farm; after we have been walking in Torcal.
